Ms. Kim is currently the Global Financial Services Sector Executive responsible for consulting financial institutions globally on digital transformation leveraging emerging technologies.  She is responsible for prioritizing key financial services solutions and contributing towards the go to market plans for IBM Blockchain.  Additionally, she is responsible for the IBM and SecureKey partnership alliance to launch the first commercial blockchain trust identity solution led by the Canadian banking community.  IBM's Industry Platforms organization is led by Bridget van Kralingen, SVP.

Ms. Kim joined IBM 23 years ago and worked in her earlier years in various units including the PC Technical Support, Banking Business Unit, Software Channels as a Systems Engineer then moved to Software Sales covering the major markets including the Caribbean region, Government, Retail, Telco and Manufacturing in Canada.  She has spent the last 17 years in the financial industry with both Business and IT executive sponsors in a consultative approach to aligning customers’ requirements and roadmap with solutions that provide competitive advantage, risk mitigation, lower cost of operations and potentially new revenue models.

Ms. Kim is a certified member of the IBM Faculty Academy.  She has completed the IBM Executive Business Management program co-sponsored by both Harvard and Boston Universities.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
