Elliott Mak works on developing policy in the exempt market, including the securities crowdfunding rules.  Elliott is also part of the BC Securities Commission Tech Team that actively engages in outreach to the BC technology community.   Prior to joining the BCSC, Elliott’s legal practice included providing legal advice to both senior and venture issuers in areas such as capital raising and M&A.
